About Infinite Bloom Therapy

At Infinite Bloom Therapy LLC, we believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative and affirming. It isn't about "fixing" who you are. It's about creating space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build a life that feels more sustainable and authentic. 


We strive to provide a supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and safe to explore their experiences without judgement. 



 

About Me

I believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to stop pretending they are okay.


A lot of the people I work with are carrying years of burnout, overwhelm, masking, anxiety, trauma, shame, or feeling fundamentally misunderstood by the people around them. Many are neurodivergent adults who have spent much of their lives trying to force themselves into expectations or environments that were never built for them in the first place.


My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I want therapy to feel like a space where clients can show up honestly without fear of judgment, pressure, or needing to perform “wellness” to be taken seriously.


I approach therapy collaboratively, with compassion, honesty, and practicality. I am less interested in forcing people into one narrow definition of productivity or success and more interested in helping people better understand themselves, reduce suffering, build sustainable coping strategies, and create lives that feel more authentic and manageable.


I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if past experiences with mental health providers left you feeling unseen or misunderstood. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.
